★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever. The owners are rude, unpleasant and glare at you like you've just walked in on something shady. The store is over stocked and over priced. Not all items on the sales floor are actually for sale. The only saving grace was the nice woman at the jewellery counter, but that wasn't enough to make me buy there or return again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Most of the stuff isn't even for sale. Have a conversation with the long haird dude that owns it you will discover he likley has a case of schizophrenia and is unmedicated or is just a moron conspiracy theorist. Finally I took in a $500 watch for a pawn and he offered me $75 for it, not even worth my time of going to the store and would advise all others to steer clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in a few weeks back because they advertise some vintage baseball cards were "on sale." Only one was on the floor, an overpriced Eddie Murray card. I was told by someone that they have more that "they only bring out for certain types of people." I don't know what kind of customer service this is but I will never be returning. If these special cards are the ones from their craigslist ad, be careful of the Red Portrait Ty Cobb. The back of it seems to be from a set that the card did not come from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy Native would carvings. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and to the point. The selection was very good. I get regular E-mails from them about dates and times of merchandise sales. Pawn shops are NOT your average retail stores. There are some pretty shady or desperate people that are forced to sell their belongings and some of it has been aquired illegally. There are equally skeptical people going in to buy merchandise at a "steal." Pawn shop staff have to size you up for their own protection and successful longevity. With that said, this was one of the better ones I have been to in North America . I was taken seriously because I was there with SERIOUS intent to buy. I was not there to get an education on items at their expense and time.Their staff were knowledgeable and to the point and firm on what they would and wouldn't take. As it became obvious to them that I was going to buy, they "lowered their guard" and shared some knowledge, experience and stories with me. This made the experience much richer and I greatly appreciated it. There were some beautiful pieces that were not for sale. I had no problem with that. It showed me what high quality pieces were like and what to look for (a kind of museum experience). There is an admirable strength of character in people who won't sell everything for a buck! I left with 3 pieces. Enough said!

For me the only Pawn Shop I would go for selling and trading in all kind of stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my wife to look at some indigenous art she's taken a fancy to. While there I saw multiple unmasked people including staff in the store. As far as I could see, only one staff member was wearing a mask. I left and told my wife to deal directly with the artist. I will also be putting a complaint in with public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will keep you there, wasting your time. Talking at you like you care, just to tell you "No, we dont want your item". I came here to sell my stuff, not have my time wasted by you guys. They also offer very low amounts for good stuff. I had an XBOX One X. It was worth over $600, he gave me $125 for it. It was brand new, in the box with everything it came with and games. Dont go here, you will regret, I sure do. They will act nice to you, just to screw you over on prices. Dont fall for it.
