Response time is lacking and patient care is not as good as it could be.

Great care from Dr. Clark. She is a very thorough and up to date doctor. She warned me about eating too many hot dogs.

Here has been my experience Dr. Evans and Dr. Robitaille, I called and left a message to book an appointment as they were the doctors that took over for my previous GP there Dr.Mark Seger who had to step down due to unforeseen circumstances. I received no response, I then called again and got through to the receptionist who then informed me that yes I was in the system, but was not transferred as a patient to Dr. Evans as apparently there was an application process to do so, the only way that they had done this was through the mail, and this was with my old address, and they did not bother to contact me by phone, or email about this, which is something that should be done given how hard it is to find a GP now. So the receptionist said that they could see if one of the other doctors would be able to see me, they would ask them as soon as they came in, and call to let me know if it was possible, again no response. The kicker on top of all of this is I was informed by the receptionist even if you were lucky enough to get the notification to apply to get transferred and then be taken on by Dr. Evans and Dr. Robitaille, they have made the decision to close this practice as the agreement they had with Dr. Mark Seger was temporary, and "they have kept it going far longer than what was agreed". The receptionist said and I quote "We are in the process of winding down, and will be closing Dr. Evan's and Dr. Robitaille's practices within a year" given their track record of notifying patients in the past you could be given the short stick and struggling to find a new GP at the 11th hour. I can't believe the total lack of effort, and professionalism of these doctors regarding the future care of their current patients, and is so sad to see as Dr. Mark Seger is one of the best GP's I have ever encountered. So if you are with them currently I would start your search for a new GP sooner than later, so you are not left stranded trying to find one.

It would be helpful if you would post on your website that none of your doctors are accepting new patients, rather than forcing people to open each doctor's profile individually to find out that there are no available doctors at your clinic.

I’ve been with Dr Bazilli, then with Dr segal, and now Dr Bayfield. I have a long and complicated medical history and now my wife does as well. On top of this we have 3. Beautiful kids who have also been seen by these wonderful people. This medical group has been nothing short of amazing. I feel like the negative reviews of this place are a better reflection of the medical system, shortages and inflation forcing people out, the few doctors who have stayed to serve the north shore have been working tirelessly to keep up there simply aren’t enough and we shouldn’t punish the people who are actually showing up. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about these wonderful people, I have been a patient of Bazilli’s since I was a child. One of the absolute kindest souls on the planet. Dr Segal is a brilliant man and a fantastic physician, I have only positive things to say about his work ethic and commitment to his patients. Dr. Bayfield is amazing, clever, smart kind passionate about her craft. You couldn’t ask to have better people in your corner These doctors chose to specialize in family medicine, something that is chosen primarily because they are passionate about it and I don’t think we should punish them for carrying a load that should honestly be tackled by twice as many physicians. They have my full support and that’s the end of it.

Absolutely DISGUSTING this place would post a defamatory and inflammatory statement on their own website about a colleague. Publicly exposing personal information about a physician's health status without informed consent seriously questions the honesty and integrity of this clinic. I would avoid this clinic at all costs; clearly patient and staff confidentiality is optional.
