β β β β β North Shore Dental Group is one of the advance and update dental office , very clean with freindly and professioan staff , I have been Dr. Sarafan patients for past 12 years he always gave good advise and treat me and my entire family in a best way . i have had several dentist before but can't compare Dr Srarafan knowledge with others. Highly recomend him ,so take an advantage and use his experinece while you can .

I love that the administrative support are always on top of your claims and let you know what will be covered before you are down a potentially expensive treatment path. The hygienists are always so kind and professional. The experience at the clinic has been a breath of fresh air after feeling like other practices on the north shore were ripping me off and taking advantage of my benefits. Thanks so much for taking me on as a patient!!

β β β β β I had a very pleasant experience with Dr .Sarrafan and his staff. I was very anxious about my visit but Dr. Sarrafan was very patient and spend a lot of time trying to calm me down and explain things. His staff at front desk and his CDA were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Sarrafan is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice .I recommended this great team to anyone who is looking for a new dental office.

β β β β β Very nice people, very poor results. Assistant performs like she may not have any training at all and whispers/ mumbles all her requests. Dr Sarrafin, although very nice, left me with an altered and misaligned bite and the most ridiculously shaped crown that looks nothing like a human tooth. Another crown fell out after a very few years and after he glued it back in it broke off a week later. The people were always pleasant and the service pain free but the results were terrible. Do not recommend.

β β β β β I'm 8 month pregnant and needed the washroom. I asked if I could use their washroom but the lady at the desk said "no". I told her I was pregnant and she said "go to Save On Foods". I told her that I already tried but their toilets were out of order.
If you refuse to let a very pregnant lady to use the washroom I think it's just bad business.

β β β β β One of my biggest regret in life was going to this clinic to have a root canal few years ago. The dentist was rude, impatient and unprofessional. He didn't finish the procedure and abruptly told me that he can't handle it. My tooth and jaw were compromised as a result. Avoid this clinic at all cost.
