J	Jason Burgsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent. That's about all. Cottage was dirty upon our arrival which is very concerning for these present times. There were even dirty clothes and underwear left on the floor in the closet. Won't be back.

Excellent amenities, very quiet, just across the splashpad, playground, beach, trails and amazing spots to see the sunset! We will come back for sure. My kids, 13 and 11 loved it, the trampoline and of course the WI-FI ? Thank you Tom for being a great host, always there to help us with everything! I totally recomend it!
C	Carlotta Yatar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cottages are all clean and is complete with WIFI, cable tv, heater, air conditioning, dishwasher, community bonfire (which we did use as it it was raining for 2 nights). The location is excellent. across the North Shore Park and a short drive to Southampton Beach. Tom is very friendly and welcoming.

The cottage was clean, but was lacking dishes and salt and pepper. The biggest problem was the bed, it's not comfortable but I would go back. The wifi and TV were great

Lots for the kids to do on the property and some of our kids have made friendships that lasted till we came the same week as people we met here a yr ago. Bring your own firewood,sheets and stuff. Cottages work well for us, but if your a princess or prince, this would not be for you. Will be booking again for our 6 th year.
B	Brenda Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cottages are dirty. Mattresses are old and dirty and just have a board under them making them very uncomfortable. Comforters supplied are not cleaned between guests and smelled of smoke. Cottage for 6 people has only 3 chairs for the kitchen table. Couch is disgustingly filthy dirty. Carpet in the bedroom gets wet from the leaky shower/bathtub which makes it stink and moldy. You get a sewer smell from the bathroom. This place is in major need of repair. Garbage is thrown in the back of a trailer and they do not recycle. Location to the beach is good and that is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Will definitely not be returning.

He checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. the cottage had a BBQ propane. There is a beautiful beach with really clear water Queen's Bush Beach. There is also a splash pad and trampoline the kids can use. Everything is close. Was very sad to leave this place will be back again for sure. Thank you Tom for a great experience and for your friend Adam :-)
s	sarah cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most amazing family getaway here! Beautiful little cottage, perfect beach town with lots of shopping, and the manager Tom was so friendly and helpful! My children ages 8, 10, and 14 loved it. Having the splash pad and park across the street was a great bonus and the sunsets were absolutely stunning! It was everything we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back!
