The one thing that really turns my family off is how inconsiderate tenants can be constantly smoking right in front of the entrance of the building by many windows!!! Smelling cigarette smoke in my apartment when our windows are open is quite aggravating! Wish there was some way this constant, huge issue could be solved!!!

The lobby that I've seen is awful be for it was "upgraded" it was very nice there was a table and a nice corkboard for announcements and news. Now there is a small stool thing that you can barely sit on and the corkboard is replaced with a god-awful picture of what might be a flower that I've seen at the dollar store before. And now they have removed the picnic table from the outside so now folks have nowhere to sit outside (did I mention the residents are not allowed to use their lawn chairs) if I could give negative stars I would it is terrible there.

R	Rick Lampsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unreliable. I was on a waiting list, first in line too. I called every two weeks throughout the summer to make sure everything was ok. No one answered my calls. I left one message, no call back. Finally someone answered at the end of August. The apartment was "pulled back" and not for rent anymore. I didn't get a courtesy call or anything, no notice at all. This company doesn't care about their customers.
