These people are terrible, never sent out a warning or nothing, I walk into my living room to find a creepy old man sitting in his truck staring at me though my window while the girl with the eyebrow piercing sneaks up to my house to cut it off, not to mention I just got out of the shower so I had to run to put clothes on, but I can see the chick sneakily walking to the door then tried to book it after I ask what’s wrong. Then she proceeds to get mad after I tell her the info is wrong. So next time send out warnings & make sure your facts are right before you invade people’s privacy. Personally the girl should lose her job, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They charge you a meter reading fee but yet nobody comes to check your meter.
Never mind the fact that’s it’s 2019 and the fact I have to call in my meter is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Rude on the phone and when you go into the office. You can't get past the lady who answers the phone to anyone else to even complain about things are going. Seeing these reviews, it would seem I am not alone. They charge you $40 to read your meter, yet they don't actually come out to read it. The winter just passed and there was no foot prints to my meter, but I was billed for them to come out and look at it. So much for a Co-op.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service! They require you to do your own meter reading and charge you $40 if you don't. My wife just tried to call ours in and was told sorry we only accept readings up to the 15th of the month. So you have to call your reading in between 8-5 Monday-Friday. This is when most people are working! I asked if they would set up something online like every other company in the world where you pay and enter your meter reading on line and the answer was a blunt NO! Ridiculous, after the 15th they will take all the time in the world to argue with you and tell you how great there system is and how you have no choice but to follow it but they won't write your meter reading down after you have taken the time to call it in.
