H	Hamm Wallat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had mixed results with this clinic. They're very good for getting some things done, but in the last month I've had 4 appointments messed up and blamed on me. Each time an appointment was made, i had my tablet's calender open so i could put the time and date in properly, but when the day comes its a half hour before the scheduled time, hour after OR a day too late. I understand they're busy, but I've been waiting over a week now to get a "doctors note" to see a chiropractor because my backs been thrown out. I feel like I'm being punished because of these messed up appointments. I also was told upon starting with the clinic that if i have a kinda emergency (and my thrown out back is kinda an emergency as i cant live my normal life) that they would let me see another nurse practitioner. I tried that today and was told by reception to go to emerge. Promises arnt being kept, appointments are being messed up and i'm still in pain waiting for something as simple as a doctors note. My apt is on friday and now i wont be able to see a chiropractor until next week, that means my back will be thrown out for over 2 weeks before anyone even talks about it. Besides these things though, they've been really good and offer many extra services that help a TON. 3 stars for now as this is an irritating situation that most people probably wont be put in.

I have been a client/patient there since 2019 and though there were times I didn't show up or wasn't able to be contacted they never gave up hope. They always welcomed me back with kind caring words and concern for my well being. I am very honored to say in North Bay they are one of the vital services that should be recognized for the work they do and the family type atmosphere that they show when I walk through the door. My hat goes off to the staff there and I thank you for the support that you all have shown me in the last few years Thank You for being a part of my health team. You ladies are all awesome and thanks again.
