We had two capital leases that went beyond the termination date of the lease and we were not contacted by the company to finalize the buyouts. They continued to take payments out of our bank account. When I contacted them to terminate the leases and buy out the assets they informed me that "..Currently the lease is in the rental period as per Section5 Termination and Renewal." So basically their position is that because I did not contact them prior to lease termination, their contract allows them to roll the lease into a rental arrangement. We currently have 13 active leases and 25 completed leases with numerous other leasing companies including NVL, National equipment leasing, WS leasing, Atticus, Mercado Capital, Concentra, Indcom and others that have been completed over the last 4-6 yrs. All these lessors have in good faith and good business practice contacted us prior to conclusion of the lease to arrange buyout terms. Never have I had a leasing company take the position that payments are "rent" and actually continue to withdraw payments, irregardless of what their lease contract says. I am dumbfounded that a leasing company with any hope of developing an ongoing business relationship with their customers would take the position that North American Leasing seems to be taking. My recommendation would be to avoid this company like the plague. Buyer beware!

I liked the fact that I wasn't just a lease numer to them - I was a real person with a real business. A true personal experience. Have zero complaints - highly recommend dealing with them.

North America Leasing Inc structured a lease for me while other equipment leasing companies either made it difficult or would not structure the lease. My account manager Ryan was professional and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend anyone looking to lease any equipment for their business to call North America Leasing Inc!

If you have a contract with them make sure that you stay on top of it, or you will be paying rental after your contact ends. They own product until you return it and if you forget to deal with it at the end of the contract you will pay more than the original contracted deal They will keep charging until you notice. I do not recommend this company for leasing.
