It’s beside the railway and the noise of trains is too bothering.
Additionally, the building managers and janitors are not caring at all and I can bet you will have the worst time in this building. If I could I would give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management and rude manager. They are the worst at the time you're leaving. No one's ever got the deposit back as they will come up with thousand useless reasons to charge you and an expert of bad reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with Tammy (agent) initially and email communication was prompt and answering all the questions I had. Once on site, visited a few different units. Got accepted for the one I liked. Once we did an early inspection, she found (not me) something wrong with the counters. By the time I got the keys, the unit had brand new counters and all the walls had been repainted (everything was fine when I visited the first time) so it was a nice surprise.
I had a few extra requests like taking off blinds and some fixtures as I had my own and everything was done by the next day. Stacey (building manager) was super kind as well and always able to answer my questions.
Yes, it's by the train tracks. But that's up to people to move in there knowing that. It's quite easy to figure out with Google map and visiting the place. I personally am fine with it.
So far so good, I'll try to do a 6 months update or if anything changes along the way.
