I was looking forward to the fish and chips after hearing from other people that it was pretty "famous" here but unfortunately the cod was very small and fried in old oil (same with the fries).

Everything fried was very brown while not being burnt indicating that they had not changed their oil in the fryers for at least a few days. Such a waste food, on our way out we noticed that another table had also left their fries and burger untouched

I've had the burger form of bison before (not from this restaurant but from elsewhere) and haven't been impressed compared to beef, but having it as a rib eye was a revelation. It was superior to the beef rib eye I've had elsewhere. I'll have to be on a lookout for it at other restaurants now to see if they prepare it as well as this place.
C	Christopher Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view, nice serving staff. Went with 4 folks and it wasn't very busy when we arrived. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were able to place our order. Drinks came quick and the server topped our drinks up. Over an hour after we ordered there was still no sign of food so we asked how much longer the wait was. Our server let us know it would be another 20-30 minutes. We respectfully declined to wait any further and paid our bill of $12 for 3 coffees and a tea. I'm sure it's great, just don't come here for a quick bite.
E	Elaine T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to eat in Little Current. If we knew about this place yesterday we would have came here for dinner. The food portions are big and nice friendly staff. Nice view of the water and patio area for the better weather days. Even has view of the swing bridge.
S	Sean O'Hare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is beautiful, and the food was good, even though it wasn't quite what we ordered. This is a two day review, dinner and breakfast. As I said the location is beautiful, industrial meets post and beam, with stone work, and Indigenous artwork. The view of the North Channel is great, maybe slightly overgrown, but natural. We had a nice meal, but the evening wait staff was slow, and seemed inexperienced. There was a lot of standing around talking to each other while we, and other tables, wanted to order, eat, and drink. We enjoyed our meal, even though there was a mix up and my wife ended up with the wrong meal, it was still good and actually her second choice. We liked the theme of the dinner menu, wild boar, bison, and wild game sausage, to name a few interesting options. We saw an advertisement for a breakfast buffet the next day so we came back and different experience. The staff was much more attentive, Connie was great, but the food was just normal scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, and pancakes. There was nothing wrong with them, but nothing special. It seemed odd that there wasn't toast at breakfast. We would return, but I'm not going to say this was fine dinning, or something uniquely fantastic; it was okay.

The food was fresh, and absolutely fantastic. The service was really great, too. Server had a big smile the whole time. I can't wait to come back here again! Nachos, fish & chips and Manitoulin Whitefish was exactly what we were looking for and perfectly prepared. Service was both prompt and friendly which got us in and out in just under an hour. Servings were generous (lots of great fries!) and we were full when done. Probably the best restaurant meal we’ve had on the island!
