The price point was absolutely the best in Calgary (and I shopped around - many quotes). Installation was seamless, and in my experience they best customer service I have had. Margo (Normandeau Coach Hill) makes me feel like I really matter. I don’t usually review things ...but I had to this time. Fantastic experience.
I have had my blinds for 6 years. Both motorized and not motorized. And 6 years later - still the best customer service. I am really glad I went with Normandeau (Margo) as you can tell!

Came out and did a measure right away and worked with my needs for ordering. Blinds came in faster than expected and installed fast. Blackout blinds are better than imagined keep out the heat and mid day it looks like mid night. Highly recommend.

Our installer was fantastic as well - extremely professional, friendly & efficient. Customer service & follow up once our blinds were installed confirmed we made the best choice. I first started dealing with Normandeau in 2015 (after using less reputable companies) and I have never looked back. They have provided me with various items throughout the years. Most recently I received assistance from Sue Walters with additional window blinds, drapery and I even had my favourite chair stool re-upholstered. She was professional, always on time, and really listened to what I had to say. Sue never once made me feel like any questions were foolish and she had the utmost patience in describing and sometimes re-explaining to me to clarify any information I needed. Many thanks for all of your great work Sue! I would highly recommend Normandeau, and I will definitely continue to use their services.
