N	Natasha Callaghan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give NO stars if possible....My 81 yr old father was sent there and left waiting in a cold room, no washroom, no blanket for 8 hours before being seen for 5 mins by the Dr who sent him home without any testing( he was vomiting blood) they had him spit into a kidney basin, looked up his nose and down his throat with a light, said nothing wrong... he waited another 6 hours for the ambulance to drive him back to the ltc he resides at... second visit a month later( as per his GP) he sat there all day, I had ER Drs calling me asking why he was there, even though the family Dr had already called ahead of time stating why he was being sent by ambulance.. Very unorganized hospital, do not treat patients with dignity , nor do they know how to prioritize. Called patient relations, received 1 call back and left message, tried to call them again...no return call....guess they are not too concerned about how their hospital runs. What a shame

Very caring team hat's off to everyone. Again a very special thanks. Community should be grateful for the services you provide. Happy Holidays to all.

L	Laurie Leach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son needed stitches. Went in at 11pm. Called for update , 3 hrs later, at 2am. Son still had not been seen by doctor. Was conected to the ER department. Conected with ER staffer that was Rude, contrite and dismissive. Un acceptable wait times. Bad attitudes. Will get to you when we get to you bad attitude. Prime example of failure of the heath care system, after 230 am still not seen by doctor. Failure of patient care.
D	Dave Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gall bladder surgery on April 12/22. All the people I met were amazing from the volunteers to the porters, the nurses and doctors. They were all friendly and some quite funny. It is a great place.
K	Katie Depew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite frankly it should be a zero star in my opinion what happened to being able to be there for your spouse when they're in need or sick this is absolutely outrageous that you can't have a visitor come into the hospital with you. who wants to be there by themselves when they're sick, scared and hurting these hospital rules need to be lifted, no questions asked. I am absolutely appalled by these restrictions!
H	Heather Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my daughter into emerg with a severe bladder infection. Had been on a broad spectrum antibiotic for 2 days with no improvement. Sat for over 4 hours with no updates or even brief contact with any staff. Watched tho as 5 of them stood in the hallway laughing and joking around for several minutes. When I did finally go and speak to a nurse, it was clear I was bothering her, she showed no compassion and told me she had "no idea" when the Dr would get around to seeing my daughter. It's called Health Care for a reason.... incredibly upsetting that this is what's available in Norfolk county
