Daniel Larkin came on time and with his knowledge and professionalism we were impressed with the quality and details Nordik puts into their windows. After the consultation we decided to get couple more quotes from different companies. After a nearly month long search of better price and quality we realized that Nordik was the best for us since we were looking quality over price. That said Nordik windows came through for us with quality AND price. Since we are looking to replace our windows and doors it turned out that bundling them became actually cheaper than using two different companies. We are so excited to have gone with Nordik windows and will be posting more after installation. Thank you Daniel for your non- pushing attitude and giving us time and peace to make up our minds. Nordik is lucky to have you as their sales representative!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our installers, Misha and Scott, were so friendly and efficient. It was such a pleasure having them at our house to install our window. Truly nice guys with a great work ethic. Shortly after they left, I tried to open one of the small sliding windows and noticed it got stuck a bit and some of the frame came loose. I called Nordic and they sent over Miguel 3 days later. Miguel was very friendly and fast. He came in and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Nordic to others, as they are professional, friendly, and efficient. This has been a great experience and I feel very happy with my choice of using Nordic. Thank you Misha, Scott and Miguel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a patio door system from Nordik Windows & Doors, the installation was completed in about 3 hours. The work area was cleaned up of all debris. Finishing touches were completed to my satisfaction. The installation crew were well prepared and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently upgraded our front exterior door from Nordik. We went for a fiberglass door with a dark chocolate wood look.
The installers were on time within the promised time window and took about 5 hours to complete the job. They left the place clean when they left. They initially forgot to pull the wired door bell wires so bell can be attached.
I immediately contact the support team and my representative by phone and email. Within half a day the support team acknowledged it and made an appointment to send someone to resolve the issue.
The two installers (Chris & Richard) looked at the inside of the door and marking where the wires were, drilled a hole from front and pulled the wires, plus fixed the bell. They completed the caulking with matching colour from outside and did an amazing job.
The front door and our curb appeal looks awesome now.
Good job Nordik.

I would give 5/5 stars but loses one star due to the 4 month delay we had, which is not their fault due to pandemic however could have been communicated better. But the door install and quality was perfect and i would recommend
