Noone's Petro Canada & Orono Petro Pass

Really great to find a CLEAN gas station with available washrooms for customers. Staff are really nice and helpful too. This is my go to stop.

I am a loyal Petro goer I have the points card and have for years. Today I had what started out to be a terrible experienced turned around to be a fantastic one. So here goes the story...... I stopped at the specific Petro on my way home from camping today, now I made the fatal mistake of not having any debit/credit or cash on me however I FULLY intended on using the points I have collected to pay for my gas. Upon trying to redeem my points I was informed that they could see the points however the card was being declined. I was then informed I could call Petro customer service line on the back of the card for help (I am now in the embarrassing spot of having gas and not being able to pay.) Upon calling the number the man on the other line was very condescending to me telling me I didn't activate my card (yet it has been activated for 2 years !) So for 20 min being told I messed up the activation process and it's my fault he agreed to try and help he just needed to speak to the manager. So I handed my phone over. At this point I am nearly in tears. My day is just terrible. him and the manager had a conversation about which options there were for me and had been concluded that that man on the phone had no idea what to do to help and wouldn't wave the 24hr waiting period for the card and proceeded to hang up on me. now for comes the turn around !!!!! Jennifer the manager apologized profusely on behalf of the costume service rep Suncor AND Petro! After speaking with me and explaining that we are all people and I shouldn't take it so hard on myself she had offered a solution that I could work with. My gas was paid for and I could go home. If it wasn't for Jennifer I probably would have lost my mind and flat out balled my eyes out. She took a very dehumanizing experience and brought the dignity back to it. I felt like garbage and she changed that. Never before have I had a customer service experience so amazing and emotionally healing. I don't have enough words to explain how very thankful I am that Jennifer was there. She made everything well worth it and if I lived close enough I would only ever go to this Petro. If I could give 10 stars I would solely because the staff here truly and deeply care about people !! I am very grateful for jennifer she was my saviour in a situation I felt trapped in. In all what would have been an absolutely terrible review and negative experience 1 wonderful individual changed the whole thing. And I am very thankful we crossed paths. I have learned my lesson to always ha 've some kind of cash on me at all times but also that there are still amazing people in this world ! And that is why this is now a 5 star rating.

Friendly fast service and it also has a high Tim Hortons on the property which I think is great. Clean restrooms, gas is moderately priced, and even has ample parking for transport trucks. Usually this is places fairly busy.

THEY DO HAVE 94!!! This is the closest gas station to mosport that sells 94. Hard to see on other pictures, adding my own as proof

Never seen it mandatory to watch your pump in -25 weather. But here it's apparently a rule ✌️ my pump was stopped and then the attendant came out and told me to watch my pump. Can't sit in the vehicle and watch from inside. What exactly is the point of an automatic shut off? Waste my time and patience in cold weather. Seriously pick your battles that was not worth it.

TERRIBLE, the only thing that saves this truck stop is the Tim Hortons beside it, most Petro-Pass truck stops if you buy fuel you get a free shower but not this place they charge you approximately 15$. During covid they have the showers closed but the girl here said I could use the washroom, unbelievable…The place is out dated and poor maintenance. When you get to the door it has a huge sign about wearing a mask then when you enter there another huge sign and a human maze with arrows everywhere totally ridiculous. The owner must be a paranoid cheapskate. What a place. Avoid the store at all costs!!

I asked for shower and teenage who works their was like no shower now (3:00am)I asked him what time will be available if you have one. His answer was period.. it’s funny been treated this way by ptero Canada’s employes. I felt unsafe and drove my Semi away. Never gonna fuel there.
