Pharmacy compounding is the art and science of preparing personalized medications for patients. Compounded medications are “made from scratch” – individual ingredients are mixed together in the exact strength and dosage form required by the patient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door you don’t get that in a big box store in Lethbridge the staff at this pharmacy are easy to talk to and make you feel welcome. The prescription was filled quickly I didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes , the pharmacist is knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I had inconsistent experiences since this pharmacy opened, I'm happy to see that the new management has really turned my experience around. In my most recent 3 visits, my medication was already prepared (didn't even need to phone in the refill!) The staff were knowledgeable regarding both me and my medication, and the they were also friendly, respected confidentiality, and were not pushy. I also love how I can get my influenza immunization in town. They have a nice little selection of health supplies, with decent local prices, not much for babies though fyi.
This is the type of hometown services that acknowledges the relational, not merely transactional, customer service that people in small towns appreciate ? Hopefully this service can contribute under the eventual, permanent management.
I do think that one day with evening hours, even if it was say only open 4-8pm, 1 day per week would better accommodate the roughly 70% of locals who work out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to get consistent service here. The new staff member does nothing for this place except for a smiling face. The pharmacy seems dirty and unkempt. The shelves are no longer stocked, I would be hard pressed to find anything I need here anymore. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Picture Butte isn't so far of a drive, Nice work owners.

We’ve had our Covid shots and boosters here as well as needing prescriptions etc on a very regular basis and the staff is always super helpful and goes out of their way to keep things running smoothly.
