O	Omnia El Sakran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great company with friendly staff! I had Jessica and Erica who cleaned up my three- story townhouse. They literally cleaned every inch and every corner. They even cleaned the corners of my stairs, which are very challenging to reach. They also cleaned my fans ?The nice gesture about it is that they even styled the beds and the rooms ? it was so nice of them as I had showings to sell my house the next day ❤️ Thanks a lot guys .. it was my first time but for sure not the last

I was not home at the time of arrival and the cleaners communicated their ETA and let us know when they had arrived. The work was done to my expectations- small details were not missed. I would use them again and recommend to anyone needing a cleaner.

I loved the ability to quote and book online and from there the communication was quick and smooth. Elba and her associate were friendly, prompt, communicative, and efficient. They did a fantastic job and it’s like a completely different space after they were finished with it!

F	Fariya F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with these guys. I had a cleaning scheduled for a Saturday. For a morning slot. I get a message that they will be late. They set another time. They were even later still. And then the crew did 2/3 of the job and refused to do anything else, making some poor excuse about cleanliness of the last 2 rooms. I offered to pay more for deep cleaning, if that was what was needed. That's when it turns out they are running late for another job so that's why they stopped. Not the excuse about the place being too unclean for deep cleaning for them. They claimed they didn't have cleaning material for deep cleaning. They actually did not have material for regular cleaning too. At one point, one of them started using my supplies. So after that, they just upped and left. I tried calling the dispatcher and head office multiple times. They really didn't sound like they're interested in helping resolve the problem. I needed the place cleaned over the weekend as I had tenants coming. I had to pay another cleaner on Sunday to just do 1 room and 1 bathroom, costing me so much extra. Their quality was decent but being on schedule is so very important to me. Edit: I have spoken with the manager and I appreciate their attempt at fixing the issue. I will give them another shot and if things go well, I will update the rating.
E	Elizabeth Selinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: Since our first couple cleans, the service has now been fantastic. Our place is spotless and Nikita goes above and beyond. She arrives and leaves with no issues, even cleans in the small corners I don't notice (my mom pointed out). We are very happy with this service. My first clean was disappointing but I was able to talk to someone about it and they were good about giving a discount & ensuring the second clean was good. Have had some issues with scheduling (cleaner not showing up late). The phone team was helpful and nice however.

The team arrived on time, and 5 people worked quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail was immaculate. We have tradional wainscotting and every nook and cranny was dust free. Our windows and floors were sparkling clean. We were called after each floor was done so the rooms could be inspected ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.
