L	Laith Goldie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this service to clean my home before a surprise birthday party and it was a total success. The kind staff came right on time and did a thorough job cleaning my home very quickly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
S	Souki M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to use Adele Pro regularly when I was living in Montreal. The difference between the service there and in Toronto is incredibly disappointing. In Montreal, the pro waits for you to show him/her your apartment, what you would like him to emphasize on, what’s valuable to you etc. This one came in (30 minutes late) complained that my area has a lot of construction and that she will never come back to do my cleaning, I then showed her where the vacuum is and she asked me if I had a mop too, I told her I have swiffers she likes oh yeah that’s perfect, so I gave her the mop and the wipes (which normally Adele brings their own products) and before I can do her a tour of the place she went to the bathroom and started cleaning. Again in Montreal, when you come back home as the Adele pro is finishing up the cleaning it smells soo good at your place and you can notice hotel quality cleaning right away. They also take the time to walk you through what they did room by room and ask for feedback and if it’s to your liking. As you can imagine, here nothing! She left the house and then I noticed so many things that normally were included she didn’t even touch, and she didn’t take away all the garbage, and honestly my house didn’t look (or smell) very different that it was before she became. Adele pro, please call your Montreal office and ask them to train your Toronto Pros ?‍♀️

Easy to order, reminders and updates via email / text, quick turnaround on bookings (even next day). Unlike some other cleaning services that leave your place smelling like cheap vinegar-based solutions, Adele leaves my place smelling clean / fresh.

Kitchen surfaces were left untouched - coffee marks under the coffee machine. Bathroom mirror untouched. Hairs on the toilet. Nothing was done. I wrote to them and provided pictures of the lazy job. It's been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing

There was still dust in my window sils, my shelves, my tv stand, and corners. I instantly cleaned the house myself. I assumed this was just an anomaly, so I asked for someone more experienced for my second service and had the same experience. My partner and I are genuinely confused about what they do when they come to clean. My house was exactly the same as when I left it, my entrance and floors were never cleaned, but the outside of my oven had apparently been wiped down. A thing I didn’t care about. The cleaner was wafting a cloth drenched with some scented cleaning product in front of my AC unit when I returned home. We’ll never use this company again.

My apartment feels like a custom officer interrogated me, took my car fully apart and left me to put it back together. On top of that, the cleaning isn’t that great. So please explain to me what I paid for? I am essentially cleaning up after there have been cleaners in my apartment. It doesn’t even look like she was here. On top of this, I reached out to the customer service and they responded to my initial email. I sent them photos as proof and they never responded back to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service rendered from Adele and their customer service afterwards was even for deplorable. Do NOT use them!!! She didn't even wipe the back half of my TV table. Unless your house is already spotless I'd say hire someone who cares about doing more than the absolute minimum.
