We needed to have our entire house cleaned for new tenants moving in, and team from Custom Maids did a fantastic job! They are very detail oriented and quick! The house looked spotless after the deep cleaning. This is the second time that we have used her company, and we will definitely use it again in the future.

I've called on custom maids for major seasonal cleaning for years, and I've never been disappointed. It's super convenient and highly dependable service at great price-point. The contactless option is great in these times, if you prefer that.

I used Custom maids twice. The first time I had a positive experience with a lady named Gemma, who was sweet and efficient. But the 2nd time I had the worst experience I have ever had when hiring a helper in my home. The cleaner was rude, didn't do a good job. Tried to work for me away from the agency. I have never been treated like that in my own home by anyone. I did phone the agency to complain. But was told it was over 48 hours since the cleaning, so there was nothing they could do. Since they did offer me a discount before for me to try the 2nd lady. I felt I could not complain. But I have been notified by Google that my review has been seen over 100 times. So I am changing my review to address the 2nd cleaning. Don't use this company. They do not let you even make a complaint about bad behaviour. there are a lot of good agencies out there. Steer clear of this one.

We tried Custom Maids based on their positive reviews online however are thoroughly disappointed with the service provided. We were looking for a 'reset' on our house as we recently welcomed a baby and I hadn't been able to keep up with all the household cleaning. In reviewing the service offering online, we felt the standard clean noted on the website would deliver for us. We had our first visit from Custom Maids mid November and it was bad from the beginning. The first cleaner who was scheduled slept in and then couldn't find her keys so wouldn't be able to get here, so they sent a second cleaner. The replacement cleaner broke a piece of furniture and did not clean all items per the standard list, such as dusting shelves, wiping cabinets or cleaning the kitchen range hood. She was already out the door by the time we had completed a walk through... I spoke with a representative on the phone after and they agreed that these items should have been done and apologized for the broken furniture. They offered either a repair or a complimentary clean. We opted for the complimentary clean. The second cleaner who arrived did what we would call an incomplete clean - again, missed some dusting, crumbs still near the dining room table and clearly didn't know how to use stainless steel cleaner in the kitchen. She was short with me when I was showing her the cleaning products we'd left out and then when I popped upstairs before we were heading out with our son, I noticed she was using the wrong cleaner on the hardwood floors. Further, I had to remind her to keep her mask on, we figured this was common courtesy given the current global pandemic. We are disappointed to say the least. I requested a move-in clean so I can move into my new apartment without worrying about any dust or dirt. The cleaning was clearly sloppy and very bad. The two stars are for the bathroom cleaning, it was the only thing that was cleaned well. I was promised to have the inside and outside of my fridge cleaned, the floors to be vacuumed, clean the inside/outside of cupboards and drawers, and many other services, yet all of those mentioned above were not clean at all. Very disappointed and my move-in date has been postponed due to the poor efforts made to clean my new apartment.

Staff arrived on time and introduced themselves. House was very clean when I arrived home. Such a nice feeling after a long day at work. The bathrooms were done so well. Thank you!
