My wife was buying clothing for her sister as a gift, wished to return the items for a refund within 5 hours after purchase and was denied. Furthermore, the sales rep failed to to disclose the refund policy at time of purchase. This is very good example of bad customer service and lack of compassion, I strongly discourage anyone shopping around for a gift to buy from this store, I will certainly not buy anything from them again.

We searched near and far to fine stunning dresses most places don’t carry all sizes or the the prices were ridiculous. We we’re lucky enough to stumble upon this beautiful store while being in the area. Nikita Fashion has amazing new trending clothing and amazing customer service. The bride to be was so happy with the gowns we purchased and all of her bridesmaids felt and looked absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be shopping there again!
