★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for passport renewal since March, also 10 weeks after I still haven’t received anything. I have sent out emails no response, tried calling several times takes me to voicemail, the one time they picked, the lady said they can’t do anything about it without any show of remorse. This is totally unfair as my work permit expires next month and the immigration at my work has sent emails stating that unfortunately my employment is to be terminated immediately my work permit expires. I don’t know what to do at this point, this people have rendered me helpless maybe Jobless soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They withhold your passport for 6weeks plus just for renewal for something that was done for same day service before. Why not says expressly how much you want for same day service and stop wasting ppl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They have no phone number and do not reply to emails. Terrible terrible service from the embassy of a country as big as Nigeria. Disgusting ! I wish I could give -100 stars. Passport renewal should take 6 weeks and I’ve waited over 2 months now and no one has contacted me and I can’t get in contact with anyone. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting.

I submitted my passport and that of my daughter physically for renewal since Feb 21,2022 and I thought we will get within a week but to my utmost shock we have not received till date and we included a return envelope am now having sleepless nights because our travel date is near I have called several times and it’s goes into voice mail I have sent emails all no reply .Please can someone confirm how long this take .The tracking details we have is showing no update . Our last renewal In 2017 was same day same location . Please kindly assist am pleading
