★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Dalton Timmis now for over 6 months. I was looking for an institution that could handle my custom motorycle insurance needs to provide a fair and reasonable rate. Getting insurance for custom motorcycles is very difficult these days with the "big box" companies, which is very disappointing as they don't take driver history or experience into consideration, and as such, turn away a lot of business. Clayton was a true professional to work with and i'm very happy to know he's handling my motorcycle insurance needs.
My most recent dealings with DT was to help a friend who unfortunately was classified into the high risk category. My first attempts to get quotes returned ridiculous premiums for coverage... even from companies proclaiming "fairness to high risk candidates". I decided to ask DT to look into this for a solution and they came through with flying colours. Not only was the rate fair, but they undercut the most expensive offer by almost 50%. Not only was it fair, but provided a solution that maintains a decent quality of life without robbing someone blind. After witnessing this, i'm seriously considering moving all of my insurance needs to DT at next renewal. For this situation, I was dealing with Samantha, and she was nothing short of pleasant, professional, and we truly appreciate the empathy and understanding she showed us to help us get through this. Thank you Samantha! DT gets a big "2 thumbs up ". Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give credit where credit is due. Tara at Dalton Timmis is awesome and great to deal with. She was patient, friendly and provided me with many quotes while shopping for a motorcycle. The quotes I received from Dalton Timmis are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend these guys, thank you Tara!

However, with my new purchase...of a reasonably older motorcycle TD's quote for full coverage was higher than Dalton Timmis - This did not include a mandatory appraisal. I might explore auto and house insurance next.....Thanks Tara!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing the news that our long time "Big Name" insurance company was dropping us because we had been classified as "high risk" we began searching for a company that would not only insure us with our new label but also treat us with respect and care. What a journey...we got quotes from 4 insurance companies but we didn't find the respect we needed with our new classification AND we began to think maybe it's cheaper to take public transit.
Then we we found Kyle at Dalton Timmis. Not only were his quotes significantly lower than the others, we were treated like FAMILY; We really felt he wanted to help us. Kyle worked with us to insure 2 vehicles and our new House and REALLY came through for us with the rates! He was very efficient with providing timely documents to our Lawyer and Car Dealership and also responded to calls & emails very promptly.
I will definitely recommend Dalton Timmis to all my family and friends!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently insured my Honda CBR mtorcycle with Hilda at DT and she made the process very quick and efficient. Highly recommend Dalton Timmis for all motorcycle insurance.
EDIT - customer service after is garbage, changed insurance providers after one year. Complete joke of a company and after they have your money things change, look elsewhere. 5 star review turned into 1 after a year....pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate was decent however the process was riddled with issues. The policy was issued to the wrong address 3 times and my contact information was incorrect. It took me 7 calls to speak with someone on the phone about my intent to not renew my policy. After speaking with a rep I was assured it would not be renewed. I checked my bank statement later that month and I had been charged for 2 months.
If you use this broker you will regret it. Contact the co-operators or riders plus instead.

I have only high praises for their exceptional team of representatives comprising of Clayton, Barbara and Mark at Dalton Timmis who looks after my accounts. I have recommended many of my friends to move all of their insurance needs to Dalton Timmis and they received equally great services and products.
