The professionalism and patience was greatly appreciated, especially with the new users during training and system transitions. No question was too big or too small. I worked very closely with Matt, Josie and Chris to ensure every facet of our company's needs were covered. Every question I had was met with top priority, expertise and concise explanation. We moved to a fully cloud based O365 Team just days before Covid closures and despite being inundated with requests from all of their clients (I'm sure!), IT Force was there to deliver superior service and ensure we were all up and running with barely a beat in between. We, at Broadcast Services International, are forever grateful to Matt and the Team for working closely with our then existing IT supplier to migrate to IT Force but more than that, they had us effective and streamlined and eliminated many of our outdated policies and equipment, in a flash. They exemplify professionalism and have completely transformed the way our company communicates both internally and externally to our clients!
