I called to get a quote too me 5 minutes to get to a lady who could not help me who transferred me to another lady who could not help me to want my information so when they have time to call they will not considering my time. I have time to talk now not when they have time, you would think that they would consider the customer more than themselves.

Wrote ten days ago to cancel insurance a as they do not answer phone. Tried the call back option( unfortunately person who called back spoke very quickly had very heavy accent. Impossible to determine what she wa saying. Rattled off an email address Thank God I was not calling to report a claim..I would no doubt still be waiting at side of road. MEK
L	Luke Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and very stressful recent experience. I don't like writing reviews generally, but this experience really pushed me to. If you are an existing client, good luck getting a call back. I had a home purchase closing soon and required new home insurance as a condition to close. After countless times of, 'we will call you back for sure' and emails sent, they didn't. I had to call in numerous times, only to be directed to full voice-mail boxes. It felt like I was begging to buy their insurance explaining again and again I needed an insurance binder to close. I went with another broker and within days had a new policy that was about 40% cheaper. However, they did call me back, ON CLOSING DAY, and said they never heard from me. Would not recommend. If you need motorcycle insurance for sport bike however, this is the place to go. Speak with Ronn or his team. He is top notch and a leading example. On the other side of the company, an overhaul of how they deal with customers in other departments is required if they want to even stay relevant in the insurance market. I couldn't be paid to have home insurance coverage with them.

When I was moving to a new home I could not get any answers from customer service rep Sandra Pereira. Wouldn’t return phones calls and finally said “when she found a carrier she would contact me. She NEVER DID CONTACT ME. I complained to customer service without any answers to my problem. I ended up contacting TD Insurance and signed up within minutes. I would not recommend this Insurance Broker. Consider this review before calling NFP.
L	Liam Tuite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company until something happens. I was in a no fault of my own motorcycle collision on July 25th. They gave No guidance or help. My Harley is still in a shop to this day while I pay insurance on a vehicle I haven't even seen in 7 months.
C	Chris C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service since NFP took over Dalton Timmis a few years ago. Service seems to get worse over time. Forget about speaking to a live representative when you try to call and if you get somehow get through or get a callback you never know who you're dealing with. Not blaming the reps but management should smarten up. Will be taking my policies elsewhere on my next policy renewal date. Obviously they don't read these reviews or they just don't care. My advice: don't waste your time with this company. They obviously don't think your time is valuable.
