Brant and the rest of the team were great! They gave me a courtesy car even though I brought my car in last minute, they were honest and gave me a very reasonable price. I will for sure be back next time I need anything for my car!

These people are amazing. I had an exceptional service here. They fixed my flat tire in no time. Devon was kind & professional. He even dropped off my car after repair. They are honest, fair & very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team. You guys made my day???.

Changed out the engine mounts on my Maxima and saved me $$ and time. I spoke with 3 other shops before bringing it to Brant at Next service and he said the right things so i brought in and during the job I got a call from Brant explaining what he thought was best (after getting into the issue)and his diagnosis was actually cheaper then the original estimate...a rare and pleasant call to get from a mechanic!! My friend had a terrible experience with this mechanic. Doesn't have professional manner, ethics. I don't how many people have got fixed or buy car from this mechanics. Yes a machine can be bad in a sec,but if you know about the issues you should told them to your customers.

These guys went above and beyond to address an issue with my vehicle that another shop didn't have the time or patience to help and try fix. If you're looking for an honest, responsive mechanic that can get the job done and done right...look no further. Can't recommend this shop enough.

DON'T BUY anything from them! First, brant is a nice guy before you buy the car, he'll fix everything as he promises but when you buy the car it turns up there's even more problem with the vehicle including the ones he was supposed to fix and he is then nowhere to be found. Even after taking money for inspection, he lied about the car and now he blocked our numbers and not picking up calls. DON'T TRUST HIS WORD! HE'S A LIAR.

These guys are not professional in car service neither in customer service. They don't have any common courtesy of how to deal with the customers and help them. They drink money like water but can't give anything in return. I am so disappointed in their service and behaviour.

FRAUD, FRAUD & FRAUD!!! I had bought a BMW from BRANT (Mechanic) just about a week before, it had no issue but a misfire that he told me and ask for a deposit so he can fix it for me. I trusted him and told him many times that brother I don't know that much about BMW, so please hand it over to me in a mint condition so I don't face any trouble, I have also given the mechanic extra more money so that he does an inspection of this car & fix other issues too. But No! He even didn't fix the misfire. Now my car hand brake sign is on, maintenance sign-on, yesterday my car starts to shake pretty bad & engine light was blinking. I was in a terrible situation in the middle of the road. I checked the car from another mechanic and he was saying that this car has a transmission issue, oil leakage, front-rear shock need to be replaced. Before all this happen, I went to him after 2 days of purchasing it from him, because I felt something is wrong with the car, but he behaved so badly and didn't check my car. He checked my car after 3 visits to his shop back in forth from Vancouver to Burnaby and found that it just needs a rear shock absorber which is a lie! It has a transmission issue, oil leakage and both shocks are bad! After my car is almost breaking down, I went to him for the last time to get a solution from him, that day he was so rude, he said he will pay me back my money. It's already a week now, his number is unreachable, he put me on the block list and trying to escape from it. As an immigrant, I never thought a Canadian mechanic would be this much fraud! I feel shamed of dealing with him.
