★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to look for a vanity I saw on line the young man working was very helpful and referred me to a young lady I think her name was Brittany.. She was awesome looked in the store room for said vanity... Then contacted a nearby store and made sure we received a discount as well!! Super friendly and helpful!! Great customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to give you an example of why buy local makes a difference... We were shopping for a new BBQ, careful to buy Canadian made from "local" shop that would benefit. We ordered our BBQ and accessories online from Home Hardware Newcastle store. We waited patiently then called to pick up our BBQ... Unfortunately it was taking longer than expected but the Newcastle Home Hardware offered to assemble and deliver it when it was ready. Amazing!!! I had a shopping list and with the current lockdown, I asked if they could include some lawn and garden items for me. They took my order and payment over the phone and included the items in the delivery. Altogether an $800 order... Other than the delay to start BBQing this Spring... we are super grateful for how easy and convenient this was. Through it all they were super friendly and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This home hardware is so good. I used to bring a lot of fedex packages in, as we did a lot of shipping. And they were always so helpful. We are talking like 40-50 packages and they helped with everything and made sure all went well. Highly recommend.
