★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was the best dental experience i have ever had. i have been terrified of dentists my whole life due to having some borderline sadists in the past. this time around was well beyond my expectations. my surgery was super smooth and painless, i am healing with virtually no pain (didn't even bother to get the prescription for pain killers they wrote me). truly professional in their approach and they made me feel right at ease from the get-go. from the front desk through to the dentists chair was amazing. their covid protocol was excellent as well. i recommend this office 100% and i cannot thank them enough. cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at the New West Oral Surgery treating my wisdom teeth. I was really impressed by the amazing service level and the professionalism of all the staff and Dr. Akash Villing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt cared for on every stage, starting from the first visit where I was provided with all important information about the surgery and the list of drugs to get, and ending with the recovery period when the doctor and the staff where available for urgent questions at any time. The clinic also has sedation option, which can be really helpful if you're afraid of dental surgeries. The prices are a bit higher than those established in the provincial dental fee guide, but it totally worth it considering the service level you get.

I was transferred to Dr. Villing through my dentists to seek his opinion in an embedded canine extraction and and a crooked wisdom tooth.
I had very limited time in my schedule for the consultation and the procedure and the admin team were beyond caring and proactive to work with me, they answered all my email very promptly. They sent emails on how to prepare for my surgery and what to expect after. In the two times I visited them they had all the paperwork ready for me and other patients which saves a lot of time.
Dr. Villing was beyond professional and calming in giving his consultation after reviewing my CT scan to do the two surgical operation in one setting. He showed me exactly what he intended to do and answered all my questions. A week after that my surgery took place, and it only took 30 minutes for the operation and another hour for recovery. He even checked with my companion to make sure I was doing well and gave him instructions.
The clinic is beyond clean, with modern and calming design and top notch modern devices. In both my visits my waiting time didn't exceed 10 minutes.
Would be happy to recommend this clinic to any of my family or friends!
