Rachel was my Spa Therapist and I received the best massage that I have ever had and the facial left my skin so soft and smooth. It's a very clean, calm environment and everyone was friendly and kind. I highly recommend Sabai Thai Spa!

My first massage with them was very relaxing, I love their lavender scents. Overall, the staff and the facility is great!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I also like the fact they have an app! This would make a great Mother’s Day gift…if you are searching for the perfect gift.

I booked him for a gentleman’s getaway package with a deep tissue massage & it was with Sophia. The front desk were so sweet the moment we entered and the spa looked so relaxing as well. The team and the place made it feel like you’re instantly on vacation. When I tell you I’ve never seen my boyfriend this relaxed the moment he came out from his massage, it was priceless. He instantly was lost for words and said that was the best massage he’s ever had. He said nothing but wonderful things about Sophia. He definitely made up my mind to come here as well! Thank you to the whole team for making his whole experience so wonderful! I am definitely coming for mine in the near future as well!

Sophia was gentle and professional, and we have wonderful conversation which is not usually something you experience during a massage session. I recommend her experience and for you to book with her when you do visit! Thank you again. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated!

I appreciated that they have health and safety procedures in place. Jum was an incredible masseuse. Her pressure was spot on and I felt incredibly relaxed. When it came to the facial, I liked that when she put the mask on that needed to sit, she didn't just leave the room for 20 minutes but continued the treatment with a head massage. I would highly recommend booking with Jum.

I've never been somewhere where I actually fully fit on the tables, and it definitely felt good to have that experience. Will absolutely be back!

Two staff at the front took care of me and my husband as we booked the massage together. One of the two staff used a thermometer to check our body temperature and asked if we would like to go to washroom first. My husband filled out a Covid form online but I did mine in person at the front. It was quick and easy. Two female massagers came out greeting us and bringing us to a room. Each of us got our own room. Spa music was on. It was very comfortable and they dimmed the light. My massager was called Sonia. She was great and professional. She asked how much pressure I could handle. I requested to start with light. She said my muscles were very tight. She gave me a massage on the upper part of the body first and then the lower part. Some of the spots were a bit painful but I expected it. The whole massage experience was very satisfied. I would recommend the service to others. ?
