Always ordering from here since they opened. Management is very costumer oriented. Other day I ordered wrong pizzas. It was 50/50% fault. Pizza factory quickly cooked new order and did not charge for new pizzas. Great service at reasonable price.

Every time I call, she picks up the phone saying “ji?” or “hello?” it’s unprofessional to pick up the company phone like that and it’s annoying to have to confirm if I’m calling the right place every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we always Ordered pizza from them. They have good pizzas.Today the girl on phon was very rude , zero costumer service. I asked her we will pickup at 11:10pm . She was very rude and didn’t explain and said no we are going to close 11pm . I asked her if they can wait at least 5 to 7 mints. I was working in Restaurant . I can understand they will be closing at that time but she was arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned out to be an alright pizza. They have like a herb naan bread for the crust. Could of had more toppings. Kind of pricey also. The honey garlic wings were tasty tho.
