C	Carol F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best sushi places on the strip! The quality and quantity of food is great among the strip of food places near Bathurst Station. The price is decently affordable and also the service is impeccable! During the pandemic (stage 3), New Generation Sushi adapted to the demand and does not do their usual All-You-Can-Eat but went straight to their standard menu items. We ordered Edamame, Makimono Set A (6pc of Tuna, Salmon & California Maki) and NewGen Grill Bento (Grilled short ribs and chicken, gyoza and seafood tempura and rice + 8pcs crunch roll, 2pcs salmon sashimi and salmon sushi). Both came with soup and salad! With the amount of food that came to our table, we were absolutely startled that it was less than $60 total not including tip. With the amount of food we got, we had get our food to-go! The service we got was impeccable! The staff were all very nice, followed up with us constantly and gave us water when we didn't ask. They were absolutely professional and we were served constantly as food came out or they checked-in with us if the service was good. We also got extra plates when they noticed we were sharing (without us asking)! The staff also helped us bagged out food to-go and was very kind and thorough even as we have cashed out seeing if we needed any more water. They also sanitized the tables and had clear dividers (with coloured tabs for accessibility/visibility) as well for protocol.

There is no all you can eat now and maybe more worthwhile when there is. Waitress was a bit annoying and wanted to charge extra to take meat out of the meal! “Salad” with the meal is a bit of a joke more like 3 pieces of lettuce with some Mayonnaise dressing.

The service and food along with plating in a gorgeous boat...is worthy of a Michelin star!⭐⭐⭐ Super fresh fish, delicious dining experience at an absolutely affordable price. If you order the sashimi dinner...take note it's enough for two to dine on!?? Will definitely being eating here again as this is the first sushi restaurant that hasnt made me feel 'OFF' after dining. Must be the fact they keep their fish at proper chill temperatures to avoid diners falling ill.?????✌??

We shared a mixed tempura app., and ordered two combos and substituted one of the options out for dynamite and spicy Salmon. We had to pay a bit extra but it was worth it. They offered an extra soup and salad since we ordered two and there were three of us.?? Everything tasted very fresh and yummy! they do not over-do it with the rice on the Maki's as some AYCE places do. They offered us some complimentary ice cream in the end which was much appreciated!? Atmosphere is super cute. There are some paintings on the wall that liven the place up. Service was great, I was stuffed and paid less than an AYCE spot would've cost. Will be back!?

Good atmosphere and it’s perfect to have a party or friends gathering there. But you need to make an reservation ahead and they will prepare the rest and the best for you. Honestly, I can’t find anything that need to be improved and it’s perfect. This is my first time to write a review on a restaurant. I am so lucky that my friends have invited me to try this amazing sushi restaurant.
