He is encouraging, knowledgeable, and clear with his instructions and explanations. Passed my road exam first try and owe it all to him. If you're doing your road test in Point Grey, can't recommend him enough.

He has smart techniques that make parallel parking and reverse stall parking easy to maneuver (with practice). He was also once an examiner so he knows the ins and outs of what it takes to pass! If you are looking to refine your skills, you found your teacher. Thank you, Perry. I appreciate your patience and expertise!

As an adult driver, I was especially cautious and nervous to get on the road and I don't think I would have succeeded with any other instructor. Perry is very patient, encouraging, and professional. He had a great ability to teach and explain driving in a way that makes sense and makes you feel comfortable. I have had other driving teachers before and I can say with confidence that Perry is the best!

I had previously failed my test 3 times with various instructors over the last 10 years. Perry got me over the line on the first try. Perry's years of experience as both an instructor and examiner were immediately obvious. I've never received instruction from anybody as cool, calm, and knowledgeable as he is. I was searching for recommendations and reviews for a long time before I settled on Perry. I spoke with a few other schools but I knew after one phone call that Perry was the right fit for me. He cares about what he's doing, and he can be as laid back and as personable as you'd like. A super interesting dude. The only thing I regret is not being able to chat more during lessons! I got my N with New Day Driving and will be back in 2 years for my full license test, no question.

He is the most experienced, patient, kind and knowledgeable instructor one could ever find. He used to work as a road test examiner and he kindly guided me through all the nuances and gave me a lot of confidence. Thanks to him I acquired good driving skills and was able to pass my road test from the first time. I’m so thankful for this experience and I can’t recommend his school enough!
