New Body has been doing my laser hair removal and I cannot be happier! I have had amazing results and it is so nice to see a machine that is safe for my skin type. I highly recommend this company they are so professional and make sure your comfortable always.

My husband bought me a 500$ gift certificate for microblading. I have had my eyebrow microbladed a number of times and typically a touch up is included. At least it always has been everywhere else I’ve gone (and everywhere else has also been less expensive) I booked with Jackie during my first appointment, for my touch up. Was never advised of additional fee. Came in for second appointment, all went well and left only to receive a social media message 15 minutes later, telling me that she would ‘only’ charge me for a touch up even though she had done the work of a full appointment. So I only owed her another 250$. I found this crazy. But went and took out the money and brought it to her. This was a month ago and I am back to FULLY FILLING IN MY EYEBROWS. So 750$ and you can’t even tell. Not to mention she has VIP packages, that include microdermabrasion and facials. She has a tv screen up that flashes these deals. During my 1st appointment I was looking at them and was really interested, it was a bronze, silver, gold system. And from memory I thought the costs were 799, 899 and 999. As I was tipping her the first time I asked her to shoot me a msg with those costs so I could discuss it with my husband if I could purchase one. When I got home she msgd me and told me the costs. 899,999 and 1049...... I was almost positive she was inflating each package by 100 but didn’t want to say anything as I was not 100% as to what I had seen. Well at my touch up appointment the prices were still up on the screen and they were the prices that I originally saw. She had tried to inflate them by 100 per package and didn’t even bother to change the screen when I came in. Definitely felt like I was just a cash grab. Not a valued client. And my eyebrows don’t even reflect that I’ve had anything done at all recently. So not even worth it. Very disappointing.

I've always had acne problem skin. Jacqueline finally gave me hope that I wasn't going to suffer with it. She is so knowledgeable and told me what products to use and not use, I was so lost.If your looking for an expert to help you she's amazing and so caring. Every session I felt super glowy because of her treatments. Yes, you will peel after a acne chemical peel but in my experience I loved it! I called it the butterfly effect. All that new skin was super smooth.

This is LONG overdue but I have many great things to say about Jacqueline. Pardon this novel you are about to read but I want to share my experience.  I came to Jacqueline in February 2018 with extremely bad cystic and somewhat nodular acne lesion that came out of nowhere. I had non-severe 'period' breakouts every now and then but this was devastating.  I was 40 yrs old at the time and the last time I had a severe break out was just before my wedding 17 yrs ago (the stress of planning!) which left scarring, but no major episodes after that.  On my first visit, Jacqueline was very comforting (she is a sweetheart) and thoroughly explained her recommended treatment plan and I was immediately sold.  I was desperate.  I saw Jacqueline every 2-3 weeks until early July 2018 but during that time, my skin did get worse as it was purging all the gunk my body was producing. Come July though, my skin had improved drastically. Since then, I've continued monthly maintenance appointments and although I continue to  experience those non-severe 'period' breakouts occasionally, my skin has never looked better.  For someone who has always worn foundation from the time I started wearing makeup, I am confident enough to go outside without it.  I do want to mention that shortly after I started seeing Jacqueline, I visited my Naturopath and it turns out I was estrogen dominant which caused this severe acne (it's not only high testosterone that causes acne.  I was surprised to learn that).  With my naturopathic treatment along Jacqueline's expertise and her 'magic hands'  as I described to her a few times, my skin is clear, smooth and clean.  For anyone experiencing cystic or nodular acne,  I feel your pain.  I understand your frustration.   I strongly recommend booking a consultation with Jacqueline.  She will take care of you.  Trust Jacqueline.  Trust the process and most importantly, be patient.  It will get better!  Thank you Jacqueline! xo (I tried to post photos of my journey but Google is being finicky!)

Wow.... What an amazing experience. Very professional, clean and comfortable. Jacqueline is so knowledgeable and attentive. Her attention to details sets her apart from anyone else, you could tell she really cares for you when she does your treatment. I went to New Body Med Spa after I previously had my eyebrows microbladed from another technician. Jacqueline really took her time to see what design of brow that would work best with my face shape as well as covering up as much as possible of my previous brows. She made me feel very comfortable through out the whole process of deciding what the best route was in order to make me feel good about my brows again. To say the least, she did the impossible! I highly recommend her as I never though the brows I originally had done could ever be fixed.

New Body Laser MedSpa has been an amazing experience for me. Jacqueline has excellent skill and knowledge. As a long term client she has given me the best patient education on skin care I have ever had. I felt the need to wear makeup everyday for years until my journey with New Body. I had an uneven skin tone, deep blemishes and a fight between dry and oily skin. I started with a microdermabrasion, and now I come regularly for my treatments and I feel that I have never looked better. I look younger, more rested, i have a glow that I love and best of all, I even feel comfortable going out with NO MAKEUP! I can't thank Jacqueline enough for making my experience personal and meaningful. It has sincerely made a positive impact in my life.
