★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helen nd ron are good but my doctor wardman is also nice nature person but from last three weeks he waste my three visits because i reach there 10 15 mins before the closing time of clinic nd the other problem is that if doctor made the prescription for one month, we have to go every two weeks to pick our prescription again..i don't understand why is this..Please advice urs doctors nd staff to see the patient's if they enter 5 10 mins before the clinic closing time..i join ur clinic from last two years but i suppose to leave because I'm upset with doctor nd staff from last one month..nd one thing i wanna tell u sir my family doctor is also the metha doc but i pay here 65 bucks because i don't wanna spoil the relationship of two years but this time I'm very upset because doc don't see me because i reach there 10 mins before the closing time nd one thing more he take all my carries of one week nd I'm clean from last 7 months..I'm very upset from doc this behavior because i miss just one appointment because of work..last time he takes only 1 carry of mine but this time he takes one week..Please advice doc to see the patients if they reach there before clinic closing time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small size clinic in the middle of the Surrey war zone Walley. Fee is little more than the other clinics. Good thing is that the staff members are very understanding and thoughtful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this doctors office for a little over a year, Dr. W is a great dude and has helped me with my addiction and I’m not on the right path. Besides the front office people making me feel worthless and they are better then us that’s how I feel. 5 stars to the doctors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the clinic mostly because of the champion receptions Ron and Helen. My dr. Is awesome too of course but Ron and Hellen hold the place together and are simply the best. Love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic. The staff are rude and treat people like junkies with no respect. The only good thing about this place is Maria. Right behind the surrey strip adorned with tents and overdose deaths daily, this clinic should be a last resort. Even the doctors are inconsiderate and in my personal opinion just incompetent rude quacks. Especially Dr. W. I hope this place gets shut down soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe New Beginnings deserves more then 5 stars.. The staff go above and beyond their duties to help me. They are all kind and considerate and they never judge. I’ve been to a few clinics and this is hands down the best. Dr Gill is one of the most amazing drs that I have ever met & that he is kind and compassionate and is always aiming to help the best he can! Don’t listen to these bogus negative reviews, it’s not the staff that’s horrible it’s the some of the clients. I personally see these amazing people get bullied and abused and they still help the person so this is why I believe they deserve more then 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the BEST methadone clinic I've ever been to, which says a lot considering I've been on and off the program and to more clinics and doctors than I can even count in the last decade. Not only have I been a patient at every other clinic in the Whalley area, but likely the majority of those in Vancouver as well. The staff here are fantastic, and Dr. Gill is awesome. This place deserves more than five stars, and it's the people that make it. Don't listen to the negative reviews; there are reasons why some people might have had bad experiences that have nothing to do with the clinic and everything to do with them ;) I've seen the staff take all kinds of abuse in stride, regardless of the fact they had nothing to do with the problems in the first place. Anyone with a beef can come see me first before they take it out on them, I'll throw down for each and every single one of them.
