★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did an amazing job on a set of 23 soccer jerseys and shorts. I was on a tight time line (my fault) and Nevis Embroidery got it done with very short notice and saved my bacon. I recommended my other friends there and they have all said that the quality is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I will be back!

My husband and I have used Nevi’s for several different jobs and always had excellent service and results. Her prices are very reasonable and she is often willing to negotiate price on bulk jobs. I will definitely be using Nevi’s services in the future and highly recommend the store to anybody looking for quality embroidery work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevi is the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. After bringing her shop consistent business you would expect to be treated with dignity as a customer. Boy was I wrong. An embroidered hat was completely unacceptable, not even representing the original logo anymore. When expressing the fact I was not happy with the final product and reasonably suggesting for it to either be redone or refunded Nevi started accusing me of being ungrateful for her hard work and would not refund or redo the hat. It was shocking as a customer to be spoken to in such a manner, after I handled things professionally despite the fact I had already paid a deposit and would simply like the product that I paid for. After being personally offended by Nevi, I simply said I would not take the hats as it was nothing personal but I just felt they were not up to professional standards. And since she was not willing to work with me I was willing to lose the deposit and walk away empty handed. Then Nevi had the audacity to raise her voice towards me and tell me I was being rude amongst other things. This is an unacceptable way to speak to any human being never mind a paying customer. Please save yourself the headache and money and do not support Nevis embroidery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the pleasure of dealing with Nevis for over six years. She has embroided four t-shirts, one baby blanket, 2 bed covers and a golf shirt. I had supplied her with my designs and text and she did an excellent job. As a small successful business she is very busy. I have also death with her assistant; she is good too. My advice to all is to go there with a firm idea of what you want, do a sketch yourself and modify it in her presence and make sure both you and she understand what the end product will look like. Make sure your all text is spelled correctly and you both sign to agree what you discuss. Her prices are reasonable and match the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who helped us was amazingly patient with me going back and forth on the design of the patches and made sure I was satisfied by showing me the draft on her computer. The patches turned out better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this business to others needing embroidery work done.
