★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is wonderful at Neumann Marking. We ordered a printer to make cable tray stickers and we were having difficulties getting it to work for the application we required. I remember having someone (I think maybe Andrew but I can't recall) talking me through the process and was kind enough to stay on the phone until we had it figured out. They literally know the ins and outs of the products they sell and have always been super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPERB customer service. Clint and the team at Neumann Marking is doing a fantastic job. We ordered a TSC label printer and they were on top of their game when setting up installation appointments and fixing issues I faced with the PC attached to the printer. Now I have multiple computers able to edit the labels without any issue and solvent proof labels printed. We will definitely keep working with them.
