★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed, they took my Canada Goose jacket 3.5 weeks ago and told me it would take around 2-3 weeks for $50 dollars. It seemed expensive but I decided to do it since I was in a hurry. Apparently, they send it to some other cleaning company who specialize in Canada Goose and that is why they charge the extra commission fee. Yesterday, after 3 weeks, I got a call from them asking me for authorization to clean it because the fur hat was missed in some places. I would not mind to give the authorization but I found ridiculous they call me only after 3.5 weeks for it. So I told them to give it back. I found another dry cleaning that can do it themselves for half of the price and it only takes 4-5 days. It is very disappointing about the lack of anticipation of the required authorization .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they lost or you could say STOLE my wife wedding dress. We sent my wife's wedding dress to be dry cleaned and boxed. This dry cleaner shipped it to another company to do the work called suedart a part of martin inc. The dry cleaner called us saying it was done and come pick it up. Not a day later they called us back saying that there was a problem with the box and the way it was sealed ,they would have to send it back to get repaired. A month passed and still no word, finally a call back your dress is ready. We made time to come pick it up a week or so later. Opened the box at hope to show my wife and...... panic its not the right dress!!! Who has the dress.. We went back with pictures and showed the dry cleaner it wasn't the right dress in fact it wasnt even the right color. They took it back and assured us this dress would be found. Its been a year now, we later found out that they sent it to the wrong person and now are unable to retrieve it. Do not do business with this company. Who loses a wedding dress? We still have not been refunded the cost to clean it or compensated for the dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my suit jacket and pants cleaned here, they seem to have done a good job. I brought a tree skirt that needed cleaning but they wouldn't take it so I'm not sure where the line is of what they can or can't clean. The staff were mostly friendly, there was one woman who was a bit rude to me when I dropped everything off. Overall I'm happy with the service.
