D’abord l’équipe est débutante, pas d’expérience en entretien ménager, l’équipe arrive 2 heures en retard et on a même essayé de me faire payer ces 2h. Ensuite leur matériel est du matériel du magasin 1$ et l’aspirateur est lui même sale que j’ai moi même du vider puisqu’il ne semblait rien aspirer et nii n’a rien aspiré. Après avoir quitté la maison et laisser les employés faire leur job a mon retour je vois que tout a été bâclé et j’ai dû payer un prix exorbitant.
Le lendemain je demande a parler au patron qui m’écoute à peine et demande a son gérant de me parler. aucun sens du professionnalisme, je suis extrêmement déçue de ce service et je ne recommande pas du tout.
On m’a certes propose de repasser pour nettoyer les choses manquantes mais il etait trop tard j’avais engagé quelqu’un d’autre et il y en avait tellement!
En quelques mots: horrible service et aucun professionnalisme!!
I've never had such unprofessional service. First of all, the team is a beginner, no previous housekeeping experience, the team arrives 2 hours late and they even tried to charge me for those 2 hours. Then their material is material from the $ 1 store and the vacuum cleaner itself is dirty that I myself had to empty since it didn't seem to be sucking anything up and nii didn't suck anything. After leaving the house and letting the employees do their jobs when I come back I see that everything has been messed up and I have had to pay an exorbitant price.
The next day I ask to speak to the boss who barely listens to me and asks his manager to speak to me. no sense of professionalism, i am extremely disappointed with this service and do not recommend at all.
I was offered to go back to clean up the missing things, but it was too late I had hired someone else and there were so many!
In a nutshell: terrible service and no professionalism !!
