We have been waiting for a Nespresso boutique to open in Victoria and here it is! It will be so convenient now to just pop in and buy coffee pods as needed. Mike was very welcoming and we received great service from Michael. We had recently purchased a Nespresso machine and had no issues claiming the credit that accompanied our new acquisition. Thank you, Mike and Michael!

Went in and was served by Michael, the assistant manager. We had had an issue with Nespresso gift coupons which he immediately sorted out , and he gave us excellent advice on coffee buying options. Nice to have excellent customer service, and we will be back. Thanks Michael!

Nespresso coffee is quite good and I’ve had machines for years. This particular location was built with the intent of being temporary but luckily it’s sticking around. Main issues are that there always seems to be something wrong with the computer that slows down processing transactions, and the temporary feel makes it seem like the store will close as soon as sales drop, leaving people without an option to buy at a store on the island.

Staff are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Danita. She was cheerful, efficient and went above and beyond to help me. While shopping and support seems to be moving to on-line, I’m very grateful to have a Nespresso boutique with personal care still available!

Bit of a joke charging you for a paper bag and then giving you a free plastic recycle bag that the coffee sleeves could have gone into without charging me for a paper bag. I usually bring my own bag but it was in the last minute shop.

I love the machine. But when it comes to descaling the machine is stupid. I’ve been standing here pressing buttons as followed in the instructions and it is not working. Just wasted a bag of it. Not impressed. Come up with a better process.

Got a coffee maker for Christmas, Loved it! So I was excited to go to the boutique to buy more pods, But staff member was rude and ruined the whole experience. Not sure if I will be keeping it if that is what I have to deal with when buying coffee.

Considering the cost of the machines and the coffee, you would think that store pickup wouldn’t have a minimum spend amount. This means you have to go into the store/wait in line every time you want to purchase a few sleeves of coffee. It’s very inconvenient. The descaling that needs to be done to the machine is time consuming, confusing, and doesn’t work. My machine went through the whole process and I still keep getting reminders on my phone that it needs to be descaled. There is no help via the website to figure out why this could be. I’ve now descaled it twice and no luck. Don’t get the Nespresso Vertuo with Bluetooth. It’s more annoying than helpful. I would love to forward my complaints onto head office but I cannot find a way to get in touch with them through their website.
