β β β β β Not an honest store. They have bins around the store with an specific price, but if you grab stuff from it, at the counter the price is different (4 times the stated price). Happened to me twice. They always come around saying that people put stuff in the bin. The last time, I found over 10 pieces of the item they said was in the wrong place, and I couldn't find the item with the "correct" price anywhere in the store. Be careful!

β β β β β Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a lot of housewares available. I was looking for a specific type of rice cooker (ι»ι) which has been difficult to find and they had it here! So happy! They also had a few spoons made with wheat at a really reasonable price.
In regards to previous comments, I'm not sure of their return of broken products policies, it seems like they put the fault of broken products on the consumer - there's lots of signs indicating if you break it, you pay for it.
They do have a fair policy on returns though. They only provide store credit which is listed on checkout.

β β β β β These people are selling really low quality products which is not at all worth the money. Purchased a cutting board cost $25 + tax and when I tried to return the item, the lady with a short hair gives me a stupid solution to soak the cutting board and says that will remove the crack. The crack started the very next day after the purchase. After soaking the board in the water for 24hours the boardβs crack got worse. Pictures are attached down below. Be aware. They will say we can exchange, but they actually hesitated exchange the items and again they are telling me the same thing on the review. Funny part is, the solution doesnβt help at all. Solution was like some home remedy for the face. Stay away from these people. I was a regular customer and never again anymore. Worse product but expensive

β β β β β This houseware store located in the Bridlewood Mall at the intersection of Warden Ave and Finch Ave E reminds me of a Home Hardware.
It has all the same mixture of products for all your home needs.
I came here to exchange a product that didnβt fit and ended up buying other things I really didnβt need in order to βget my money back!β
When seeking help in locating something, the lady behind the counter pointed in the general direction.
Not the customer service I was expecting. Oh well!

β β β β β If I could give this store zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and when I tried to talk to them on the phone the lady at the front hung up on me. Stole 10$ from me. Furthermore, they started yelling too! I do not recommend this place to anyone!
