★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work for a large controls company. This supplier/ location is a joke. Every time I come in here the one employee is always frustrated and unorganized. Cursing away about this and that. They dont seem to be properly staffed. Buddy told me to come back in half an hour for 10’ of 14awg 2c! Definitely avoid this supplier if you can.

I was being overcharged when going over my invoice after I paid for a order of PVC pipe and fittings. The manager I was dealing with said he couldn't do any better on the prices when asked. OK, fair enough. I told him I have to return the order then because I was charged far more than what I pay anywhere else I go. He tells me, "Fine, 20% restocking fee". I said that seems a tad unfair, and he replied, "Fine, 30% restocking fee". My bill was $440 to give some perspective and they hadn't even fully picked my order yet at the time I asked to cancel it...
