★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my PC in for a diagnostic for my motherboard. Motherboard was said to be the issue. They said the CPU was fine, but when I eventually took it back to Canada Computers to have the parts replaced, and they did their own diagnostic service, the CPU in fact also was bricked.
Now, my motherboard and CPU problems were rather unique, and I ended up dealing Canada Computer Parts in the future to cut down on time since they needed to confirm the diagnostic before accepting the returns.
The main reason I'm giving a 1 star review is that my new, out of the box power supply which had previously not been a problem no longer worked when I got my rig back. No idea what's up with that, but luckily it was close enough to the date of purchase I was able to exchange it to the retailer with little problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my laptop not communicating/connecting with my wireless printer after upgrading my wifi and getting a new modem. I called Alex first thing this morning and he arranged for Aldo to come by within the hour. Aldo fixed the problem efficiently and promptly and everything was up and running brilliantly! I am so happy with the prompt response and the beyond methodic work ethic. Aldo was polite, professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend Geeks on the Go. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge THANK YOU to Alex for his friendly and timely support. I was visiting Vancouver when my external hard drive stopped functioning and I lost access to my computer files. A quick Google search led me to Alex @ Geeks on the Go. I placed a call first thing the next morning and was at Alex's shop in 30 minutes. Alex was able to swap the hard disk to a new drive and retain all of my data. Within another 20 minutes all was repaired! Thank you Alex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Alex is a down-to-earth guy who is a fun person to talk to. He will meet every needs that there is to your PC problems.
I called Alex because my Ryzen 5 3600 wasn't working properly. On side of it, I needed a new installation of a CPU cooler to my computer set. Putting it into his care, Alex has met every of my needs and have explained the problems in which he fixed.
My PC is well fixed, dusted off, as well as cabled properly. If you need a miracle worker on your PC, then Alex IS, and WILL be your guy!
10/10, would come back for future repairs.

To say I went into panic mode was an understatement. I found Alex with geeks on the go and and within days all my files were Recaptured. So appreciated the prompt and efficient work done In a timely fashion.

Was super easy to drop off laptop with his home drop off hours much later then any other shops, was able to figure out fix and return my laptop to me in less then 24 hours after other shops said they couldn’t even look at it for days! Super friendly and convenient to use definitely would recommended, cleaned up all nice as well have it back to me looking brand new!
