It’s the kind of business where most people come in with problems or complaints (as I did), and he handled it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man with red hair and glasses is very unfriendly. He should not be in customer service. I was there today at 10am and my 19month old son threw one of the shop’s notice boards on the floor. I said sorry, and the guy gave my son a mean look. Oh my goodness, he did not even say it is okay. How can you act so rude towards a small boy. Crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Attendants indicated iphone had a crack on the screen that required repair; it was a minor scratch. Apple Store confirm no crack or applecare required. Took phone to another Telus store and they were happy to process Bring-It-Back buyback process at full value.

They were delightful and more then helpful (still dont understand much but it would take them far too long!!) Telus should be proud of such decent, friendly and polite sales people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went into the Telus store In the Lynn Valley Mall on Friday evening to get new iPhones. I had worked a long day and wasn't really looking forward to it. We were helped by a lovely young lady named Martha. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process so easy. She has incredible customer relation skills that really stood out to me. I am a partner in a small business with 9 employees and these are exactly the skills that I am looking for when I hire new staff. I hope Telus realizes what an outstanding representative of their company that they have in Martha. I also hope that she will be considered for any promotion or raise that may come her way. If not, she can come see me and I will hire her in a heartbeat! Thank you again Martha, it was so lovely to meet you the other day.
