Found this clinic on line. Paid for assessment and told that given the comfort challenges faced, was sold fairly expensive off the shelf orthopedic inserts ($275 for inserts and exam). After enduring some discomfort for a few months , I called and was told I could have an appointment that afternoon due to a cancellation (which at one point he threw back in my face later as if my filling a cancellation was a great favor on his part). Perfect! I went, paid $310 for x-rays, examination and a bio-mechanical assessment and the mold for custom inserts ($595). When asked whether I wanted 'quick' service, I was told the cost was an additional $60 or so. I realized that the clinic's main goal is to 'milk' customers and I lost confidence in the podiatrist's ability and competence and took my losses on all the services except the deposit I left for the custom inserts.. I was astounded. After paying for useless inserts (and exam), Podiatrist Radic wanted to make sure he sucked the last few dollars out of me. In conversation, he talked about how some medical specialists made a million dollars a year as if that were his holy grail. Good luck to him.

Dr Radic is very professional and knowledgeable and walks you through everything he’s doing. Doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatment. The clinic itself is modern and clean and the receptionist friendly and welcoming.

Best Podiatrist in town, very professional and honest. He follows the rules and highly believes in infection control. I have been his patient since 2016 and very satisfied with the service. His receptionist is very sweet and professional. After visiting 4 other podiatrists, I highly recommend Dr Radic out of all.

I called to make a first appointment with the clinic, and the first availability was 1 month away (which I was fine with). The week before my appointment, they called on the Monday and left a voice mail requesting to adjust the appointment time. I was at work, and needed to see if I could arrange the new time they suggested. I called back Tuesday afternoon to confirm to be told that, as I had not called back in 24 hours my appointment was canceled and I would now have to book a new appointment for there next availability (ie. in a month). In short, the customer service is terrible and they don't show concern for new clients. EDIT: They have responded to claim that this is because of COVID19. That makes no sense. I was called one week in advance on my appointment (not within a 24 hour period of he appointment), so having confirmation from me at that point wouldn't relate to public health guidelines. It is shameful to blame the pandemic for your bad service. If you are restricted in the customers you are going to serve, just say so at the outset.

Love this clinic, Dr. Radik is very thorough & super nice. The receptionist is the sweetest. They have great measures put in place for the pandemic, very well organized. Going there has been a great experience!

I called to book an appointment, the receptionist I spoke with seems not to care about who is on the line with her "Service à la clientèle", I told her my concern she told me my first appointment will be 195 $ , I asked for a consultation fee that is expensive, she said it depends on what needed to be done. I canceled that appointment, I will look elsewhere for a doctor that is interested in their patients well being and not their wallets.

I made an appointment for a corn removal. Since it was my first visit, they also charged me for consultation. The receipt they gave me included consultation ONLY for $195. When I tried to claim the amount with insurance provider, I was reimbursed only $90. My insurance provider advised to ask for a bill that includes a break up of fees. I wrote an email and asked to give me a receipt that reflects services provided. They refused and told me that their coding system doesn’t allow it. Not FAIR! I tried to explain my point, but they were very rude in their correspondence and told me that what I ask them to do is criminal. I do understand bad reviews about rude people working there.
