I called several places and NB Tires seemed most legit and fairly priced and I'm now glad I chose them. Everything was very smooth, from order, to deposit, to install, very timely. Made it right before the first snow storm. Professional quality product and service. Much smarter to get tires and rims here than places like Costco.

DO NOT GO TO NB TIRES EVER
· Called Tom at NB tires to confirm that I can have tires removed from my RARE 2 pc 19" BBS Montreal Wheels.
· I confirmed 3 times with him via text and conversation that I do not want any marks on the wheels, especially in the barrel with tire machines create the bite marks. In addition, I told him it needed to be reversed dismounted. Tom's says yeah no problem, we have the plastic guiders to ensure no marks.
Should have saw the red flags when I dropped them off:
· So I dropped them off at 1220pm…stacked with cardboard between each wheel. I get a text back at 1:34pm saying it was done. So clearly they didn’t take a lot of time to remove.
· When I arrived to pick up, of course there are 2 damaged rims / chrome trims. I'm sure they hoped that I wouldn’t notice but given that they attempted to hammer the trim back down, that made it more obvious
· NB response: - "it was like that before" "Oh trim was coming off" "I didn't do those ones"
· He pretends he'll pay for the repair to get me to leave…. "Yeah yeah go to “unnamed rim repair shop” and get an estimate"
-after sourcing a replacement ring he sends me a disclaimer that they are not responsible for damage posted on his wall see pic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and good prices! Before buying a package of 4 winter tires with rims at NB tire in December 2022, I did a lot research, and NB tire had the best deal. While driving in the highway, one of the tires hit a sharpe object and the tire was damaged. I contacted NB tire, and they suggested to bring the damaged tire. They contacted the manufacturing company, and I received the money back for the damaged tire. The service and experience with NB tire is excellent!
