★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Navis picked up 14 paintings in Toronto, packed them in custom crates with loads of interior padding, and shipped them to Calgary. Everything arrived perfectly and a day earlier than quoted. In fact, Navis exceeded my expectations at every point of my experience with them. I strongly recommend them is you need weird or valuable stuff packed and shipped!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could boast about my experience with Navis Pack & Ship in a three part essay but I will be brief.
My wife is Canadian and we currently live in South Carolina, US. Her father passed away from cancer in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We felt helpless because we could not return to Canada to gather his belongings and the many items she cherishes from her childhood.
I called Navis Pack & Ship and everything became a lot easier for my wife and I from there. Ray and Bernice are nothing short of amazing. High-quality business professionals at their finest. I cannot speak more highly of my experience.
Navis sent a crew to her dad's condo in downtown Toronto, gathered all the belongings we asked them to, and took them to their warehouse to be palletized.
From there I got a very detailed description of how to properly fill out the US Customs form and my items were packed and shipped. That simple.
Price was fair.
The pallet (pictured below) arrived at my doorstep in approximately 5 days. Literally the most professional packing I have ever seen. Sturdy and clean. Everything was in pristine condition including a few valuable paintings.

Ray dealt with all my concerns, questions and comments via email over the span of the last 2-3 weeks with quick response and attention to detail. I was really concerned about shipping my engine across the country but Ray and his team made this incredibly seamless.
Would definitely use Navis again. Really happy with the entire experience!
Update: Nov 28th, 2020.
I contacted Ray again for another load and it was the exact same experience! Great job Gents, absolutely over the moon satisfied with the service. Loaders were courteous, showed up on time and incredibly professional.
Definitely have customer for life! Don't hesitate to use this Navis location, Ray and his team are absolutely spot on.

I am so pleased that this recommendation happened because Navis dealt with my items with care, gave me a competitive, comprehensive quote that they kept to, picked up my belongings on schedule, and my belongings arrived in a timely fashion to my new destination. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Navis twice now, a couple if years apart, and would definitely use them again! Bernice Friedman was SO helpful and SO patient with me and all my delays!
The first time, was to ship my great-great aunt's bedroom furniture set (irreplaceable; circa pre-1812) and the next time, was my grandmother's Limoges china (again, irreplaceable - hence the delay: I couldn't find another example of this pattern anywhere, for an insurance estimate), and 2 large, framed (with glass) antique paintings, plus some silver tea sets. (These two shipments were going from Toronto to Vancouver.)
Both times, the crew who came to take my items to the warehouse for repacking, were polite, friendly, and fast. Both shipments also arrived exactly as they were when the left my possession. In fact, my husband's business involves receiving shipments of hospital equipment, and he also packs a lot of fragile items for transport, and he said he had never seen anything as well-packed as the shipment with the china! It was fully crated and on pallets and very well shrink wrapped, in pristine condition.
