★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started here last year. I've known Maria over 10 years. She went to become a professional fighter and upon reconnecting I saw she opened a school in Vaughan. It has been a fantastic experience. It's a family atmosphere where we share blood, sweat and absolutely no tears!!! It's awesome...no regrets and if you are looking to lose weight or learn how to kick some a$$ then this is the place. I walked in at 190 and am down to 160. True results and I have never felt better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed my daughter up to train here a few months ago. When I see how much she has learned and accomplished in so little time I am truly amazed. Her trainer Maria Is dedicated to making sure that all her students leave every class motivated, confident and sweating from a workout. Seriously impressed with this establishment. Adults and kids classes for beginner or advanced pupils. Clean, homegrown and equipped. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you're looking to enroll yourself or your children here, look no further. You wont be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very humble and welcoming, I chatted with Kru Kru Maria on Instagram and she responded pretty quick to my messages and questions. So i booked a Trail with Coach Mikey, he was great and has great knowledge.
I would probably tell everyone I know to go to NTA for fitness goals and self defence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member of NTA for 2 years and grateful I joined. If you are looking to lose weight, build confidence and feel great after an intense workout this is the place to be. Workouts are always intense, challenging and fun. I lost 60lbs and still going strong, thank you to Maria for excellent classes, motivation and the very best training. No regrets!
