★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed a package and the door note told me to go to this location. After arrival at the location the owner of the store told me that they no longer do work with FedEx (despite signs posted up front). Disappointing to say the least as I have no way of contacting or getting more information on my package. The website and phone call tell me to follow the door note and there is my problem. Just going to hope they try shipping it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a note with my cell for the driver to call when he came to my building. Do you think he called it? Or, do you think he buzzed the superintendent? No. When I called FedEx to ask them how I can know the driver is here, they shrugged through the phone. "The driver is not obligated to call you." Yikes.
All the technology in the world to track these packages, and there's no way to know when they're standing at the door. The lack of care from this driver and this company is mind-boggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service in North America, Never deliver the package and leave false claims on tracking website that Customer is not available. Horrible Customer support staff, when you go to pick up the package from their centre, which is always in different city that you live in and despite Fedex Ship centre being next to your home. I would request Apple and other major MNC's to stop working with them as these unprofessional souls will only end up losing money for everyone.
