Since I have been waiting on the phone all day to rich your reception service. I might as well use some of MY time to write a review on your clinic. I had to deal with many medical clinic in my life. I most say that the reception service you offer to your patients is awfull and show a lack off respect for people who have to book appointment and talk to a receptionnist. (not blamimg the receptionnist) but the administration. I have been trying all day to confirm an appointment. Nobody bordered to call to confirm the appointment . Unless they cancel...you might be lucky enough to get a call. Today greeting on their answering service, says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Really? On the 11th of November. Well I wish that the New Year..... will bring good changes to your medical clinic and show more consideration for your patients. I would give a -1 star if I could.

Compared to my last family doctor, this medical center is a Godsend. The doctors are helpful and take my health seriously. I find the rest of the staff to be courteous and professional so long as you also show that courtesy. I made the right decision changing family doctors to Dr. Abadir. I would recommend this clinic and it's doctors to everyone and anyone. I also appreciate that they take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and restrict face-to-face visits to emergencies only.

Last week experience and Today's experience with the person answering the phone is awful. These people should know that working in the humble job to make patients feel welcome and appeased. I understand that they may be stressed but that is no excuse to be rude on the phone and expeditive. Question to these people would you like to be treated same when shopping? Would you like to be treated same by your cable company? Would you like to be treated same by your travel agent? Would you like to be treated same by your bank? I'm sure not, so open your eyes and treat people the way you like to be treated. You don't have any excuses!

I have been a patient here since it opened a few years ago. The service has declined steadily - and rapidly. Before COVID it was bad enough, hours waiting on the phone only for the phone system to disconnect you, horrible support staff etc. but now it is a whole new level. It is not possible to reach anyone at this clinic, I literally had to call the pharmacy to have them walk a message over to have the receptionist call me. It was the only way to even reach my doctor for assistance. I am removing my family from their patient list as a direct result of their incompetence.

Horrible!! They almost never answer the phone, are so disorganized, and the receptionists don't know any of the doctors schedules. Went there for a few months and was the worst experience I ever had and will never go back! I signed the form to have my file transferred from my previous doctor and they never transferred it or even contacted them, and they never read any of the important stuff I gave them from another file I had. During Covid I tried to get an appointment in person to have my ears checked due to pain in them and was just prescribed medication for it without even knowing for sure if I had an ear infection. Forced my license to be suspended after lowering my medication for my ADHD without my consent, and without bringing me down slowly which could've been very dangerous, and they never listened to any of my concerns. If I could give 0 stars I would and I would sue them as well if I had the ability to. Do not recommend at all, had to immediately go back to seeing my pediatrician at 19 years old and had to once again find a new doctor because obviously I couldn't continue seeing my pediatrician forever.

If I could rate this clinic a zero I would because this place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. If you’re lucky enough to get someone on the other end to pick up your call I’d say you should count yourself lucky. Expect a 45 minute wait in order to speak to a receptionist if you haven’t already hung up by then. Once you do speak to someone, expect a rude and impatient person to take your call. There is absolutely no communication, no confirmation calls, no organization, just chaos with this clinic. You will get a different answer depending on the receptionist you speak to. After a visit to the hospital, I called to book a physical appointment with the doctor and realized I already had a phone appointment in my file for THE NEXT DAY but no one bothered to call me and advise me of it. After saying that I’d much prefer an in person appointment, they stressed that appointments are now done just over the phone. The phone appointment came and went but no call. I called the clinic only to be told it was an in person physical after all and so they marked me as “no show”. I then called 3 more times and received three different responses about their upcoming availability. I mean it’s a good thing I’m not dealing with anything life threatening otherwise I’d be toast. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Dr Ibrahim has taken better care of me than any previous dr. I have ever had. She sees me when I need her and she goes above and beyond for her patients. I love her.

We've been here a few times to see the doctor and have had only good experiences so far. The reception was welcoming, and they've always returned our calls whenever we had questions for the doctor.
