★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with this clinic. I have a smaller family, and the doctor they use works here. I called to see if I could be a patient of that same doctor. The clinic tells me that the doctor cant take any more patients, but they would call me if anything changed. Could be 2 weeks, could be 6 months. For the time being, they recommend I use another doctor. Cool.
2 weeks later I get a call back from them. I missed the call, so I call back and the lady who answers is kind of rude, doesnt have much patience for me, but thats OK they're just busy I bet. After getting my information, she tells me that the doctor can't take any more patients. OK! No problem, I already knew that, I'm happy to wait the 6 months or more for whenever she can. No, the lady says, there is no waiting list. The doctor will not take me as a patient. When I reply to ask why, she interrupts me to say "OK goodbye" and hangs up.
Im sure the doctor is fantastic, but that experience was awful. If I cant be a patient, that's OK, but don't call me and be rude about it, then hang up on me. No thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the doctors especially doctor Chandey, but as for the front staff, they are very rude and can use a course in customer service.. The way they talk To patients on the phone is so demeaning. Service would be at a hundred percent once the clerks learn some great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome clinic with lovely doctors and nurses, front staff is very welcoming in person but over the phone can use some work, they make you feel like an inconvience and bothersome when you're scheduling an appointment with their doctors informing you multiple times that they're very busy in an almost condescending and sarcastic tone of voice to you. Otherwise great clinic, communication could be improved.
