Au départ ils n’expliquent pas ce qui arrivera de la pelouse avec les traitements et ce que le client devrait faire entre les traitements. Le résultat est que ma pelouse est la seule de la rue complètement scrap alors que je suis la seule à avoir payé pour un traitement anti-mauvais herbe et fertilisant. Ils n’offrent aucune aide pour récupérer la pelouse des clients alors je devrai semer à neuf à l’automne. Perte de temps et d’argent! Ils auraient dû m’expliquer ce qui allait se produire avec l’état de départ de ma pelouse (moi j’y connais rien!), me dire quoi faire entre les traitements pour pas que ça soit une perte, puis offrir de l’aide pour m’aider à la récupérer plutôt que d’essayer de me vendre des sacs de semences! Je recommande pas du tout. I recommend to anyone. Very bad service. I don't know anything about lawns so I trust their expertise. They don't initially explain what will happen to the lawn with the treatments and what the client should do between treatments. The result is that my lawn is the only one on the street that is completely scraped, while I am the only one to have paid for an anti-weed and fertilizer treatment. They are not offering any help in reclaiming customer lawns so I will have to re-seed in the fall. Waste of time and money! They should have explained to me what was going to happen with the initial state of my lawn (I know nothing about it!), Told me what to do between treatments so that it is not a waste, then offer help me get it back instead of trying to sell me bags of seeds! I do not recommend at all.

Aucun contrat signé et aucune documentation détaillant leur politique de remboursement n'est remis aux clients non plus. Vraiment déçu, allez ailleurs ! I do not recommend this business. No flexibility regarding contract cancellation, even if the services have not yet been delivered. No signed contract and documentation detailing their refund policy is given to customers either. Really disappointed, go somewhere else!

We called for an estinate never signed anything never told them to go ahead with the service and they claim they did the work now asking us to pay up for something we never asked for. We decides to go with another company and they are saying we approved all the work. They claim my "mother" approved the work when thet call the house. Great if my mother even lived at our place. But the best is on the invoice they sent they write that they don't have our number. Please provide us with you contact #.
