★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faite faire quelque petite réparation à ma petite roulotte.. très satisfaite des réparations de Yan, du service des gars au comptoir. Les pièces sont pas donné mais bon le coűts de réparation à l'heure est moins que ailleurs. Je recommande ce magasin.
 Make some small repair to my little trailer .. very satisfied with Yan's repairs, the guys' service at the counter. The parts are not given but hey the repair costs per hour is less than elsewhere. I recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my 35 ft travel trailer to Atelier De La Roulotte ever year to store for a few week and have it checkout before we leave to go down south for the winter and we bring the trailer back in the spring to store again for a few weeks and have it checkout, they have good prices and there was a time when they had to do miner repairs their service was good and fast their employees are very nice and helpful. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look at your bill before paying. They charged me for something I never asked them to do which they say I did , and charged me for 25 minutes for installing my panel which took them 1 sec which was 28.00$. Beware of this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but, Overcharging. My Fantastic Fan was no longer turning (the Electronic module was fried) ~ OK.. but.. They only replaced the electronic component/ part. Since it falls under warranty I was OK with that since I was able to keep the New Fan and Top ( for spare parts I guess) leaving the Old Fan and Top on the RV. The Issue is that they charged 3 hrs @ $110.00 (for something that only takes 15 to 30 Min / max to do!). Beside the Deductible ($100) extended warranty, they charged me an extra 35$ (it says for Wires, connectors, mastic, sealant, cleaning solution etc.. ( None of that was needed except maybe cutting and reconnecting a few wires) anyway, the total, was over $1200. Yikes!
fyi. that same fan Is available via internet.. I calculated just $503 Can. Shipping Included. So, beware, and ask many questions. Good Luck!
